As the hotels have a high occupancy during the conference dates, we highly recommend to book your room as soon as possible.
The conference secretariat has pre-booked a number of hotel rooms at the Venue Hotel and other accommodations within a walking distance, that are available until June 15th or until they have all been booked.
These rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis upon arrival and should be booked and paid through the Conference Secretariat.
