PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deadline for payment of the early fee: 1st June 2024
    Deadline for payment of regular fee: 2nd September 2024
    Cancellations until 12th August will have a penalty of 50€.
    Cancellations between 13th and 30th August date will have a 50% pernalty
    No refunds are possible for cancellation after 30th August
    Name changes for an existing registration are possible at all times, with an administrative cost of 50€ for in-person registrations.

    Cancellations requests must be sent by email to the technical secretariat

    Bank charges are the responsability of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the fees.
