    Acces to the conferences and coffee breaks.
    Site visit on Wed 19th
    Lunches are at own expenses. (Lunch is provided during the site visit.)

    Cancellations received before November 1st, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a €40 processing fee.
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations after that date.
