PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • ALL CANCELLATIONS REQUESTS MUST BE SENT BY E-MAIL TO THE TECHNICAL SECRETARIAT MAGNA CONGRESOS

    Cancellations received before July 15, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a €50 processing fee.
    Cancellations between July 16 and September 10, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 10.
