(**) The GEQOR will provide a 200 € subsidy towards the registration fee for PhD students who are members of the group and present a communication (oral, flash presentation, or poster) at the congress (only applicable to the author underlined in the abstract). Please upload the proof of GEQOR/RSEQ membership for the year 2024, which can be downloaded from the RSEQ website

REGISTRATION Registration Fee includes: Attendance to scientific and poster sessions, conference material, certificate of participation, welcome cocktail, working lunches and coffee breaks.
“Full Fee” includes also the Conference Dinner
ACCOMPANYING PERSON Accompanying Person Fee includes the welcome cocktail.
EXTRA CONFERENCE DINNER Due to the limited capacity, only the first 250 reservations made before June 1st, will be confirmed

Cancellations until the 24th April 50€ penalty.
Cancellations until 10th May 50% penalty.
No refunds after 11st May.
Changes in the conference program will not entitle the participants to any full or partial refund of the fee.
