(*) The PHD Student GEQOR Member Fee carries the discount of the 200€ awarded by the GEQOR to their PhD Student members. To benefit from this fee the student must present a communication (oral or poster) to the congress.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON Accompanying Person Fee includes the coffee breaks and welcome cocktail.
EXTRA CONFERENCE DINNER Due to the limited capacity, only the first 250 reservations made before June 1st, will be confirmed

Cancellations until 10th May 50% penalty.
No refunds after 11st May.
Changes in the conference program will not entitle the participants to any full or partial refund of the fee.
