  • Conference Fee includes:
    • Coffee breaks and lunches indicated in the program during the lecture days
    • Conference dinner on Thursday 4th Sep.

    Accompanying person:
    Accompanying persons are welcome to book and participate at the Conference dinner (65€ p.p.)
    Also check if you would like to book an extra place for the conference excursion when possible.

PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations until 1st of August will have a penalty of 50€.
    Cancellations between 1st and 15th August will have a 50% penalty.
    No refunds are possible for cancellations after 16th August.
    Name changes for an existing registration are possible at all times, with an administrative cost of 50€ for in-person registrations.

    Bank charges are the responsability of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the fees.
